Tech Operation Analyst
Job description
As a Tech Operation Analyst, you will support day-to-day operational tasks, help troubleshoot system issues, and grow into a key link between technical teams and business users. You’ll work closely with senior team members who will guide and mentor you as you build your skills across our fintech ecosystem. This role reports to the Solution and Tech Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues, including system outages and integration errors, escalating complex cases to senior engineers.
- Support root cause investigation under guidance from senior engineers, and help track recurring issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to improve system reliability and optimize workflows.
- Assist with deployment, environment setup, and release management.
- Document processes, maintain runbooks, and update technical guides.
- Contribute ideas for operational improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements to the team.
- Support internal teams and customers in resolving critical technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0–1.5 years in IT operations, production support, or enterprise application support (new graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Basic exposure to troubleshooting, monitoring tools, or incident management (through coursework, internships, or prior work) is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data querying; willingness to learn NoSQL.
- Comfortable with MS Excel and open to learning more advanced functions for data analysis.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools (e.g., Greylog, Grafana) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
