Salary Hero integrates and works directly with employers to provide earned wage access and financial wellness products.
A large facilities services company operating roughly 4,800 sites across Thailand partnered with Salary Hero to support its 35,000-strong workforce, split between 24,000 monthly-paid and 11,000 bi-weekly-paid employees. The rollout included full end-to-end integration with the company's SAP SuccessFactors payroll system, allowing employees to access Salary Hero without disrupting existing HR processes.
Since launch, the company has seen a 15% increase in employee retention, with more than 50% of staff engaging with the platform monthly.
The company's CEO said, "Salary Hero is a key part of our employee proposition. We are a people business, and Salary Hero makes a tangible difference to our turnover and recruitment costs by helping put our people first."
Employees have felt the impact directly. Khun Pramode, one of the company's staff, shared: "I love the flexibility I get with Salary Hero. My daughter fell sick a few months ago and I needed money for medicine for her condition. Salary Hero was a savior and helped me in my time of need.
