Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team at Salary Hero’s head office in Bangkok.
You will be working directly with our senior founding team across Product and Technology, helping to design and develop our user experience and interface across our mobile application and web product.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for both results and impact, to join our journey in bringing financial wellness to Thai workers. Salary Hero’s mission is to provide well-designed and fairly priced financial products, to those people who need it the most.
ความรับผิดชอบ
Collaborate with Business and Product Team throughout the design process – from creating research protocols, personas, scenarios, ‘TO BE’ user journeys, information architecture and wireframes to building user interface prototypes
Work with the Product Manager to conduct requirement gathering sessions and transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs
Assess existing products for usefulness, usability, visual design, content, and branding
Lead user research initiatives ranging from user interview, expert interview, observation, card sorting, A/B testing, secondary research to design thinking workshops
Analyze, synthesize, and organize research data into meaningful themes, categories, and visually compelling frameworks and behavioural models
Establish the style guide which includes brand identity systems, typography, iconography, photography, colour, and other ingredients to develop creative concepts to ensure user experience consistency across all products
Qualification
- 6+ years experience in UX/UI Design, ideally working in a start-up environment and/or financial products related role
- Experience in designing start-to-finish user journeys and bringing concept from ideation through to finalised design
- Background in use of relevant design tools incl. Figma, Miro and project management tools like Jira
- “Nice to have” experience with rolling out products and user experiences in Thailand
- “Nice to have” experience in Design Thinking
- “Nice to have” experience in Service Design
