Since the process of these personal data are critical for the performance of this Platform and the provision of the Services, we reserve the right to refuse to provide the Platform access and any Services to You unless You provide the defined personal data to us.

Under this Notice, “Personal Data” means any information that is directly or indirectly identifiable to any specific natural person.

We would need to collect, use, and process the following Personal Data:

1.   Full name and contact information (i.e., telephone number, ID card number, email or address);

2.   Employment information, including the employment status, employee ID, position and base income level (inclusive of any additional payment benefits i.e., overtime pay);

3.   Salary advancement request information, including without limitation the total working days earned, the total proceeds of the salary being requested to be advanced and any other information that We may request in the request form to be submitted on the Platform;

4.   Online identifier, including IP address, GPS location, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the operating system when using our Platform and/or Services, the time and date of your use of the Services and other usage statistics; and Cookies;

5.   Transactional information that You have interact and execute on the Platform, including all the transaction history that You have executed and undertaken, including without limitation your log-in data, the disbursement information, the payment information (i.e., bank account or other payment evidence) and any modification made on the Platform;       

6.    Any other Personal Data that You may disclose or share during our communication and, interaction with the platform, including without limitation, the complaint or feedback and any payment information such as bank account and reimbursement history of any payment made by and to the individual you.        

Objectives of the Personal Data Processing ​
