Product Manager
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner/Product Manager to join our growing team at Salary
Hero’s head office in Bangkok.
You will be working directly with our senior founding team across Product and Technology, helping to
design and develop our user experience and interface across our mobile application and web product.

Responsibilities
Product Development:
• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the strategic priorities and
business objectives.
• Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the product roadmap
and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including
engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Present product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
Project Management:
• Manage a scrum team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct regular reviews and sprint planning meetings to ensure progress is on track.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
User Focus:
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with the customer support and sales teams to understand customer needs and
pain points.
• Ensure the product delivers a positive user experience and meets customer expectations.
Metrics and Performance:
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Analyze product performance data to inform future development and improvements.
• Continuously seek ways to optimize and improve product functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in a product related role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development
environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• “Nice to Have” Banking and/or HR tech project/product experience.
