We are looking for a Senior Product Owner\/Product Manager to join our growing team at Salary

You will be working directly with our senior founding team across Product and Technology, helping to
\ndesign and develop our user experience and interface across our mobile application and web product.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Product Development:
\n\u2022 Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the strategic priorities and
\nbusiness objectives.
\n\u2022 Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
\n\u2022 Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the product roadmap
\nand stakeholder expectations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Management:
\n\u2022 Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including
\nengineering, design, marketing, and sales.
\n\u2022 Present product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Project Management:
\n\u2022 Manage a scrum team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
\n\u2022 Conduct regular reviews and sprint planning meetings to ensure progress is on track.
\n\u2022 Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
User Focus:
\n\u2022 Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
\n\u2022 Work closely with the customer support and sales teams to understand customer needs and
\npain points.
\n\u2022 Ensure the product delivers a positive user experience and meets customer expectations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Metrics and Performance:
\n\u2022 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
\n\u2022 Analyze product performance data to inform future development and improvements.
\n\u2022 Continuously seek ways to optimize and improve product functionality and user experience.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
\n\u2022 3+ years of experience in a product related role
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development
\nenvironments.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
\nstakeholders at all levels.
\n\u2022 Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
\n\u2022 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
\n\u2022 \u201cNice to Have\u201d Banking and\/or HR tech project\/product experience.<\/p>\n
